Nutrisuppz Ultra Test Review

The great thing about Testosterone Resource is we’re very much guided by guys. That means when the inbox starts filling up with questions about a supplement, we drop whatever we’re doing and get straight on it immediately. (It’s why we’re banned from spotting anyone in the weight room at the gym.)

The latest booster to cause a bit of a buzz amongst readers is Ultra Test from Nutrisuppz. Straight away we can see the appeal. For one thing it is popular on a massive retailer like Amazon, and as an added bonus at its current price it won’t break the bank.

Nutrisuppz Ultra Test

But beauty is more than just price deep. And, as my mom repeatedly assured me all the way through school, popularity isn’t everything. So let’s see what Nutrisuppz Ultra Test is offering in the way of results.

Pretty strong line-up here too. A veritable laundry list of everything you’d want from a booster. It claims to be an all-in-one product, which means building muscle, raising energy, burning fat, improving sleep, speeding up recovery and sharpening focus.

They obviously weren’t being charged by the word for this advertising because all of these things are an off shoot of one – namely boosting T.

How Does It Work?

At a Glance

  • Magnesium to help free T
  • Zinc to support T production
  • Tribulus Terrestris to allegedly boost T
  • Chrysin supposedly also boosts T
  • Longjack & Horny Goat Weed to help sex drive and erection strength
  • Saw Palmetto to promote prostate health
  • Cissus Quadrangularis & Hawthorn berries to help weight loss and joints

We’ll dive straight in and start breaking all of this down once we’ve dealt with the scores

The Scores

The Scores
Ingredients
3/10

Zinc and magnesium in good doses are a solid foundation for a great booster, but after that it’s pretty steeply down hill.

A collection of duds, like Tribulus and unconvincing libido boosters mean we can’t score it much higher than this. There’s the odd highlight after the first two minerals, like saw palmetto, but the flat out weird serving schedule makes us question how much good even the stronger parts of this formula will do you.

Price
6/10

Any T booster below the $20 is always going to seem impressive but as we’re always saying, there’s a real difference between a cheap price and value-for-money.

This is one of these products where you probably have to choose between your hormone balance and and bank balance. This will keep the latter high, but we’re not sure about the former.

Trustworthiness
6/10

Nutrisuppz Ultra Test is far from dangerous. It’s made in the U.S in a GMP certified location. It also doesn’t use proprietary blends which is also a reason to trust a product.

That’s not the whole story though. You want to feel that the booster you’re paying for is giving you the absolute best formula it can muster, based on research. There are a fair number of weak spots in this recipe, either with the choices themselves or dosing.

Testimonials
6/10

There’s no testimonial section on the website so we have to depend on user reviews on retail sites.

Actually Nutrisuppz Ultra Test has a strong 4 and a half stars based on 78 reviews, but there’s not a lot of info in this feedback so it’s questionable whether they’re credible enough to convince you to part with money on a monthly basis.

Company
7/10

Nutrisuppz have been in existence since 2015 and were founded in New Jersey. In that short time they’ve put together a sizable supplement line up, covering just about every area of fitness.

We couldn’t did up any scandals but they’re website was much more geared to the hard sell than taking time to explain the working on the body of what their selling.

In general we prefer companies who concentrate on doing a few products very well than doing many average products.

How Do I Take It?

The serving schedule for Nutrisupzz Ultra Test is a weird one. Literally. You take one serving of 3 caps once before bed time.

This is odd because not only is one serving a day not enough to sustain your male hormone through a busy day, they’ve stuck that single serving right as the day is finishing. You’re genuinely going to sleep it off.

There are such a things as PM burners now but they’re normally paired with a daytime option, precisely because you lose most of your T to Zs

Ideally what they should’ve done is taken each of these 3 caps, made them one serving and spaced them at regular intervals through the day. Maybe pop an extra serving on top for luck. 3-4 is spot on.

Any Nutrisuppz Ultra Test Side Effects?

In rare cases, people can react badly to saw palmetto. Dizziness, headaches, and an upset stomach are a few of the things sometimes reported.

Where Can I Get It?

Customers will find Nutrisuppz Ultra Test at Amazon.com. 30 servings currently cost $14.95

Ingredients – In Detail

zinc-thumbnail

Zinc

A strong start for any booster. Often cases of low T and zinc deficiency go hand in hand. This is because the hormone relies so heavily the mineral for its building blocks. Luteinizing, growth and follicle-stimulating hormone all depend on getting a healthy amount. It’s tough to always get enough from diet so 30mg here is perfect.

magnesium-thumb

Magnesium

Another good pick here. Anything between 60-90% of the T in our systems can be being rendered inactive by the protein Sex Hormone Binding Globulin. Magnesium is a proven, natural way to lower your body’s SHBG count, leaving more T free for use. 200mg is a great amount again.

Tribulus Terrestris

Tribulus Terrestris

The winning streak comes to a screeching halt here. It’s completely baffling to us why Trib is still included in T boosters when near enough every study proves it does nothing for your hormone levels. In large amounts, bigger than we have here, it can slightly help libido, but in this case 750mg is a massive waste.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15994038

Chrysin

Chrysin

We’ve got good news and bad news, then more good news, then more bad news. The good news is Chrysin has shown it can raise T. The bad news is only when injected directly into the balls. The good news is there’s no needle with Nutrisuppz Ultra Test. The bad news is it probably won’t do much for you.

Tongkat Ali / Eurycoma Longfolia

Eurycoma Longfolia

Similar script here. Some studies show Longjack – also known as Tongkat Ali or Eurycoma Longfolia – can help return clinically low T to the normal range, but if you’re aiming for peak, this isn’t your boy. Probable benefits for sex drive again however.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23243445

Horny Goat Weed

Horny Goat Weed

Horny goat weed doesn’t really bring much to the table apart from possibly helping libido. At just 50mg though, there’s a question over how much use it’ll be in that department also.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20141584

Saw Palmetto

Saw Palmetto Berries

No real help for T again but saw palmetto does have a reputation as an effective, natural way to  maintain prostate health so we can’t stay too mad at it.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23210402

Hawthorne Berries

Hawthorne Berries

Some advantages for the health of your joints possibly but that’s not really what we signed up for.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24113700

Cissus Quadrangulis

Cissus Quadrangulis

No help for T here either but some claim it helps with weight loss which remember Nutrisupzz does claim to help. Just 50mg though, it’s unlikely it’ll have much of an effect on its own.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1570348/

Anything Missing?

D-Aspartic Acid and vitamin D3 are all really strong T boosters missing from this lineup.

Also there doesn’t appear to be any ingredients aimed at limiting estrogen, which is the other important part of any natural hormone balancing product.

Overall

Some of you may have noticed that Nutrisuppz Ultra Test is eerily similar to Natrogix Ultra Test.

Well, we don’t know who’s copying whose answers but whoever it is they need a better role model. Although the price is right, not much else is.
